***It is important for attendees to read the previous Assembly Meeting Minutes and the Officer and Coordinator reports prior to the meeting. This will allow us to more time to answer your questions.

Area Assembly - Twice a year--once in the Spring and once in the Fall
- Business meeting where groups send their representatives (GRs) to express a voice and vote on behalf of the group
- The Delegate reports the activities of the World Service Conference.
Area World Service Committee (AWSC) - Four times a year,--Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter
- Attended by: Area Officers and Coordinators; District Representatives; Al‑Anon Information Service Liaisons; Area Coordinators of special services
- Assembly agenda is planned, information and reports are conveyed, and decisions may be made that cannot wait until the next Assembly.
