INSURANCE INFO FOR GROUPS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE
Our NYN Group Records Coordinator can assist groups, districts or AISs with obtaining a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from our insurance company
Each group requiring a COI should complete the Certificate of Insurance Request Form (COI) and email the form to records@nynafg.com. If you need to mail the form, please email records@nynafg.com to request the current address.
Once our Group Records Coordinator receives your COI, it will be forwarded to our insurance agent who will issue the certificate. This will be returned to your group to the address you provided on the form. If you have any questions, please email records@nynafg.com.
