The Fall Election Assembly with Convention will be held IN PERSON in Binghamton, NY, on September 18-20, 2026 at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Binghamton!

8/7/26 – Registration ends for the banquet and/or the box lunch orders; deadline for reserving a hotel* room
9/12/26 – Online registration closes; only walk-in registration allowed after this date

Rates: All are per night:
– Single or Double (2 Queen beds): $139 + $25.02 tax = $164.02
– Triple or Quad: Must call Melissa/Sales office (2 Queen beds): $169 + 30.42 tax = $199.42
– King: $139 + $25.02 tax = $164.02; King Studio: $199 + $35.82 tax = $234.82
